Use Google Posts to Connect With Customers

You can now post live updates – such as news, promotions, and upcoming events – on your Google listing. The best part? Your customers can take direct actions on the post, like making a reservation, buying a product, or signing up to a valuable newsletter.

Pretty cool, huh?

It’s pretty easy to do. Just log into your Google My Business account. You’ll see the ‘Posts’ feature. You can add a picture and a call to action to your post. Here’s what it looks like:
